Delivery

If an order does not arrive by the estimated or due date, we will lodge enquiries with the postal courier to ensure that the delivery does occur as soon as possible. We will therefore not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred from late delivery. Please take note that if an item has been lost in shipping transit, we will not dispatch a new replacement item immediately/ We will look into it and then reship after sufficient time has passed. Please note that replacement items will only be dispatched at our sole discretion. We will therefore not accept any liability for any loss or damage that arises from the items lost, stolen or potentially damaged after delivery has taken occurred.

Our Returns and Exchange Policy

You have the right to return any goods or services that have been bought and purchased from the website simply because you have changed your mind or are unhappy with any item. Please note that once opened cosmetics (including and other toiletries), and health products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons). All of our Health Products are non-refundable. If you return goods by posting them to us through any post, please retain the appropriate proof of return. Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Refunds are of purchase prices only and do not include shipping paid for the products delivery or return of the product to us. If returned goods go missing in transit to us, we will deem that you have not returned them. It is your responsibility to track your packages and ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are mistakenly damaged during the return transit. All returned products must be:

• Unused, in good condition and unopened and in original condition;
• Items must be undamaged;
• All goods must be returned within [60] days of purchase; and
• In a good and saleable condition

In the event of a return by you or anyone else of a gift, we will and can exchange or refund in the form of a QuietQrew Herbal Inc. gift card or voucher. However, you will have to pay the postage and handling cost of the return to QuietQrew Herbal Inc. You may also have to pay the re-delivery costs to you. QuietQrew Herbal Inc. will therefore not refund the delivery fee, or gift wrapping or other related and relevant fees.

Defective Or Damaged Goods

You must take steps to return defective or damaged goods within [60] days of purchase and not receipt. If you receive any defective or damaged product or goods, we will fully the original price of the product or goods, delivery fee and any gift wrapping fee by way of the real and original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a need replacement, we will send out your replacement goods (always subject to availability) once we get the defective or damaged products at our cost. If the time frame is [60] days after receipt, and goods are found to be defective or damaged, the normal warranty conditions for these goods will apply. Should you cancel after 7 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. The card you provided when you ordered the trial product will be automatically charged (plus tax if applicable) when each new product ships.
